Lifting Cycles: Frequency

Whats good. I just joined T-Nation cause this site looks really good. I am 17 years old. I have only been lifting weights for like 2 months but have seen 8 pound increases. Around a year prior to that i started a really intense cardio program and now i teach it. Mostly of what i think is muscle.

I weigh 170 and am 5’10. I am on a 3 day a week lifting cylce and 2 other days i teach a really intense cardio class.

I just have one problem. For the past 2 months i can see what the outlines of a six pack but i cant seem to see it fully. I have not too much body fat and i was wondering if its just the muscle that needs to grow more in order to see it.

No, it’s fat you need to lose to see abs.

But either way, you should become one of us and ADD more muscle first - forget the six pack it’s the 18" arms that get you more nookie. (That’s what it’s about right? RIGHT?)
