Im just wondering what the ample time between doing cardio and lifting should be. Ive read that running directly before or after a workout is bad for building muscle. Any info would be appreciated.

Best spread by several hours and meals. You will then be freshest for both and reap the rewards of that better performance.

this kids an idiot. bro, just run in the morning and go to the gym and stop crying. or just run after you work out. i see massive 280 body builders at my gym all the time, working out then going straight to do 45 minutes of cardio. it wont hurt ya if ya try ok???

i would prefer to do them of different days if you can. but if you cant as phil put it it would be best to spread it apart pretty far.
