Lifting and Rock Climbing

So I’m a spring term senior in HS. No more worries about grades, no more scholastic sports committments. So I was thinking it was time to really party it up, 24/7. But instead I want to dedicate these 3 months to some serious training while I have no other real commitments.

About me: 18, a strong 145 lbs at 5’6. Just finished wrestling season so I’m in great cardiovascular shape.

What I want to do: I want to gain muscle, strength, and hit the rock climbing gym 2-3, maybe 4 times a week

If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them. Thanks.

Not really sure what the question is… but eat big (try the new massive eating)go through the back issues and find a program you like, and do plenty of stretching to keep yourself limber for rock climbing. Also train lower reps in the range of 5-8 per set. With rock climbing you should definitely work on your grip as well.
