Hey there.
I’ve recently become busier, and I’ve been having trouble getting in three, 1-hour lifting sessions a week. I’m planning to change my schedule by lifting 6 times a week for 30 minutes, probably broken up between two exercises on a 5x5 routine.
Here’s my question: should I expect an adverse result recovery-wise? Should I adjust my diet? Something else?
Thanks.
You can also try the one lift a day routine by Dan John or Part time beast by Christian Thibeaudeau

I don’t think it would be a problem. You have less to recover from each session.
