I began lifting about 2 months ago. I’m only posting the back because that’s the only before after pic i’ve got. Is this good progress for 2 months? If not what exercises should I incorporate into my routine?

Definitely can see some reduction in the love handles and some growth in the upper back. Delts perhaps a smidge bigger too. Good work!
