Liftbear Training log

I have my first meet coming up on August 12th. Today I weigh 190lbs and will be dropping down to 165lbs by the time of my meet. Follow my journey!

Breakfast: a bit hung over so 2 burritos with sausage, eggs, refried beans, salsa, and sour cream. 1 cup of coffee. Orange juice. 1 bowl of top ramen.

I have less than 20 days to lose 20lbs. It’s 12:43pm amd I have not eaten yet. My goal for today is to burn 4000 calories and eat 500 calories for dinner. I’ll be using a fitbit watch to tracknowledge calories.
