Lift Proportions

What are good all round proportions for the big lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Clean, Split Jerk, Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Bent Over Row and anything else you might deem important. Also some reasons/causes for poor lifts in the above.
I am 177cm 86 Kgs @ 10%, about 5f10" @ 190. I have baout 2 years training age.
