Some awesome advice in this, I took away every point as they are all something I could improve upon. In regards to the Overhead Pressing would this include Press Behind the Neck aswell?
I generally sit completely upright but could try lowering the bench to an Incline to see a difference.
With the PBN you’ll need some bad ass shoulder mobility in order to press in that position so no it doesn’t apply. Sitting more forwards doesn’t change the shoulder mechanics or humerus angle in that one.
