I am in the planning phases of the second annual Lift For Hope Charity Memorial Strength event, this time in the Valley of the sun with proceeds going to big brothers big sisters. Its should prove to be a BIG event, just the BBBS program has 2000 kids in it here and each has a Big.
Im going to be doing several functions with the kids showing them varied strength sports and just that athletics, training and nutrition is a GOOD THING. I want to announce as well the online raffle has some great prizes. and it is official I am adding an APF sanctioned deadlift only meet that J.R. Bolger will Run to the 2009 Lift for Hope Along side the Highlander games already planned. I will update the site http://www.lift4hope.org Please check the site out and spread the work its for a great cause. I hope to see some of the athletes go iron man and do both events.

another update I just added the first ever Youth Highlander Championship to get the kids involved as well it will be for ages 7-16 and broken into age groups with girls and boys competing with one another, Got a few more sponsors today both monetary and product for the raffle
