Life/Work Balance?

Oh and studies have shown 4 five minute workouts have roughly the same benefit as a single 20 minute work out. I have a hard time believing this in regards to aerobic endurance, but who knows.

So whether your goals are strength, muscular hypertrophy, weight loss, etc - if you can sneak in 10 minutes before work, 10 minutes at lunch and 10 minutes at night - you can still maintain an impressive physique.

And one day they will be older. Yesterday my 16 year old son did 10 pulls ups with 60 pounds harnessed on. Next month my 15 year old daughter and I will start some training together for her track season. So one day exercise can be a family activity - and that is great.

I’d be interested in that study Fawkes, if you could point me in the right direction.
