#egolife hahaha. Nah, what’s another dozen stitches? That pic has some dried blood, I think it was right after I took the post surgery bandage off for the first time. Healing up well, looking like I should have a neat fine scar other than a liiiitlle skin tag at the bottom. I wasn’t expecting that big of an incision, but I’m glad to have my pre-goiter removed.

Serious doms uhhhgaaaiiinnn so I’m trying to squat more frequently till I stop getting swollen thigh syndrome. Pressed for time today, got in & out in 42min.

Bw squats last night & I think that helped a bit with quad DOMS, was feeling better today. Not counting calories or empty weighing, but I’m living life on the hungry side & my size 32 shorts fit.

Went for a thorough walk with the dog before the gym so skipped the elliptical.

My quads feel great this week after 3days squatting last week. Time to fukk it up & skip goblets today. My hamstring & glute are pretty tight & I want to get back on the ohp gain train. I’ll do goblets after deads on Thurs.
