Thank you guys for the well wishes, it looks worse than it is. Lots of flexibility with neckskin lol. Stitches out today, butterflies on & they told me not to get them wet. I’m not a great listener.

Tweaked my left pec somewhere. To be honest I thiiiiiink I did it bracing myself doing rows with my right hand. Sore bout mid pec close to my sternum.

#egolife hahaha. Nah, what’s another dozen stitches? That pic has some dried blood, I think it was right after I took the post surgery bandage off for the first time. Healing up well, looking like I should have a neat fine scar other than a liiiitlle skin tag at the bottom. I wasn’t expecting that big of an incision, but I’m glad to have my pre-goiter removed.

Serious doms uhhhgaaaiiinnn so I’m trying to squat more frequently till I stop getting swollen thigh syndrome. Pressed for time today, got in & out in 42min.
