Upon seeing a lot of stories here about young people having low T, I wonder what makes those people have this problem. Beside eating healthy and exercising with compounds movement, do any of you know good habits that have an effect on your testosterone level? Do you think the environment we have no control upon (chemicals and all) have an effect this big on your testosterone and well-being?
-seek out positive stress and win
-block out negative stress
-enjoy a good protein and fat-rich diet and plenty of rest
-engage in anaerobic athletic activities and progress there; when training martial arts, be wary of head trauma
-avoid test(es)-clenching attire and activities such as biking or prolonged endurance-based activities
-get plenty of sunlight
-compete with men
-regularly flirt, seduce and couple with your prefered sex(es)
-stay young and away from drugs
-massage your testes
People these days are overloading their brains. People are triggering their “reward” system in the brain at a higher rate. Have you ever watched 2 minute youtube videos for 2-3 hours straight? Or just browsed the net for a long time? Watched porn? I think most people in this day and age has done this, especially young people. With every video you watch or new website you visit, your brain gets a dose of dopamine. Then when people are triggering dopamine for hours each day, using their smartphones, laptop, facebook, youtube, games, TV, blogs, etc., their brains gradually shift over time. In the long-term this could result in ADD, depression, lower T, and so on. Add in regular life stresses such as work, relationships, families, school, working out and your balls just won’t have a chance. Some people can handle it but I think we’re reaching a limit in terms of the flow rate of what the human brain can take in.
With that said,
Sleep well
Eat well
Remember to relax
