extensive mobility leg felt like petrified wood.
leg swings - lunge variations band work etc.

TRX
inverted row- pushup 5x10 each
A lying ham curls 5 sets of Many
A squat
bar many , 65, 95,135x10 185 225 275 315 all x 5
B bb lunge 135 3x8 each
C dead lift type stuff
225 x5 315 x5 all hook snatch width 225 2x10
D rope crap - pull thrus, standing abs 4x15-20
E rope tabata 8 rounds of 20/10

trx stuff- needs loading or more volume
Ive been playing a bit more with these - you can do allot-
but its tricky with the fake leg to get to some of the more fun stuff.

squats where hard
hard enough for a derp face.

pulls - are tricky - I have no leg drive from the floor
played with some snatch pulls- no go on these either-
speed is there- leg drive is no where

I should probably not be doing this shit at all.
I have been doing more conditioning and GPP crap
but the good feels squats make are hard to top.

ropes tabata - a nesscary evil and more work/fun then other crap cardo

Mobility stuffs band work and face pulls

A1 wall hspu. 4 sets=30 reps
A2 NG pull up 4x8
B rack pull at knee 225x5 315 2/5 405 2x5 315x5
C low pulley row 5x10
D do row 100x20 120 x8
E1 do clean and press 4 4x8
E2 face pull 4x20

Tabata ropes

Hand stand push-ups getting better got 8 reps a few times
rack pulls suck balls
Used straps on the 405
Not a fan of straps not sure how to hook with them
Tabata ugly but needed

Some improve the signal to noise ratio. I am more the comic relief.

Glad to see you are still working your ass off. When you say “hook” with the straps do you mean hook grip? Because you don’t have to. The strap is a longer, non pain sensitive thumb. That is why they are awesome. They keep my delicate hands from having to work as hard.

I try to make my hands look delicate - needs work.

I tend to hook anything I do dbl overhand.

sled drag pull-
these are the same 25 feet ish

been doing the drags and they wear that fake leg out fast- they do help.
pulling the loaded sled with a fat rope- fun for days.
I pulled the 4 plates hand over hand a few times then
just loaded for 4 on the drag - walked a plate back-
then pulled the sled back with just the three plates

These might be my new favorite shit to do.

If I could have added OH squats and Hanging leg raise feet to face into this I would have
spin off crap from the fake leg - makes those beyond difficult.
otherwise a fun ass fucking session

If you are using the sporting goods grade straps.

You could try putting a clear coat on your nails.

this kicked my ass.
I was in deep recovery all weekend from doing something similar on Friday.
trx- Im using the tallest box I want to load these with a vest.
trap bar walk getting to really like these

draggind wut 5 pts - took two off walked them back
and pulled with 3 pts

shit left me for dead.

Do you prefer trap bar walks to just regular dumbbell carries? What are the differences in feel?

I ask because anytime I read about trap bar carries, I think about all the extra time and setup it takes to do versus the old pickup and carry with dumbbells.

there is a room - in this gym with all the TRX shit- matts to stretch on and a small astro turf.
Its easier to bring the trap bar there- then the dumbelss across the gym.

so I guess I like the trap bar better.

trap bar stuff I think I can move to 4plats with these soon- blew off a callous yay.
sled backwards drag - slow but blow up your legs.
rope pulls- felt good.
sled crawls - crawl - really a sprint- then rope pull it back .
these got me winded.
then I did some silly shit.

I loaded up the fake prowler- and dragged the sled behind me
while I pushed that
4 plates on the first sled 3 on the one dragging
uhm- these are fucking hard.
they are fuking stupid
and yes I love them.

Nice squats and tabata Kev. I had to look up bss. Bulgarian split squats. I hate those. Probably because I suck at them. Usually only takes 2-3 lines of stuff to get me feeling dead.
