Saturday: Lower body Light
I’m dead already. It’s going to be a long 8 weeks
I’m thinking about using wraps for my squats on heavy lower body days, probably not competition tight, just firmly snug. My knee sleeves have blown out and I CBF replacing them. @MarkKO any suggestions? 4x6 maybe too much volume in wraps?
I’m not a fan of wraps. At all. Although, lots of jacked and strong people use them, so…
What you have to remember is that wraps add pop while sleeves don’t. What you could do is get some cheap AF wraps and wrap them very, very loosely (ao loose you can just leave them on). That might be the closest you’ll get to sleeves without using sleeves.
Wrapping them like this might work, I remember something I saw where Klokov said he can leave his wraps on all day as they just keep his knees warm.

Came out at 7.5% which is definitely not correct. If I could get to my subscap and tricep without taking a completely fucked reading it’d be way higher. But legs and abdomen are where most of my fat stores so good sites for me to track

False. I’ve found that triceps and sub scap are usually close to the chest. Add a couple mm at most. If most measurements are single digit then your BF is single digit.
That’s interesting and I’ll take it on board, cheers pal. I still don’t quite think single digits, especially when i see true 5-9%ers haha. But I’m my own biggest critic
