Licorice Root to Lower T?

Hey guys!
I am so grateful for all the great information in here!
I have blood drawn twice (total) 210 dg/dl and 230 dg/dl. Low free as well.
Both very low! BUT I live in Denmark and they don’t like t treatments.
By the way I am 28 and in OK shape - bit overweight.

Now I am hoping to get treatment by lowering my T further…
I will eat and drink a lot of licorice root.
My blood will be drawn 9.00 so I will wake up 03.00 hoping these thing will affect my T negative.
Any other suggestions or experience will I really appreciate.
Greetings from hell (Denmark)

No advice?
I have one week before the blood test.
No sleep, lots of licorice root, maybe one day fasting??
No alcohol for me;)

Will fasting 24 hours or more before the test lower my test??

No sex, drink like a fish, eat soy, drink green tea, overtrain. All will lower your T levels.

Or, you could try to find out why your T is low and if it is treatable, pursue that. I don’t live in Denmark so I’m not sure what your options are.

I agree. It also doesn’t sound like you understand what you may be getting yourself into.

Thanks for your answer:)
I have had low T for several years tried everything!
Healthy life style and the right food. Very healthy.
The highest was 270 when I was 22…
So now I decided to go for T treatment.
I am going to get blood drawn by Endo next Thursday so I want my level to be as low as possible because doctors in Dk normally don’t want to treat low t.

Why Do you Think i am on the wrong track?

i dont like doing these things but this low test is destroying my life and I see no more options than trt…
And in Denmark it had to be VERY bad before treatment…

Have you read all of the stickies in the TRT forum? Can you provide your lab results with ranges?
