What do you (or anyone else really) think of making a minor change to the template you laid out in this article - http://www.T-Nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/a_letter_to_my_younger_self
- namely, to change the front squats from 5/3/1 to 5x10 to add more volume? The upper body gets quite a bit of pump work in this template as it is but the legs get none at all.
