It’s issued monthly ya know. Can’t put A+ material in every issue. In fact, some issues need to have the exact same stuff as previous ones. Gotta make that dough…

lol, is that photoshop or real?

websites even worse, i blame it for most of the half-arssed shit i see in the gym

Fuck my life when they find this place and think they are hardcorezzzzzz for not curling or benching, and nailing da azz to grazz squats of 225.

Nice change the pics, move some words around, change the color of the text and you have a brand new issue.

right, i selected gym, 60mins, strength, total body, it gave me this:

PICKED EXERCISES:

1.Warm Up
2.Arnold Press
3.Standing Front Dumb-bell Raise
4.Reverse Forearm Curls
5.Full Rotation Hanging Knee Raise
6.Overhead Tricep Cable Extension
7.Reverse Grip Barbell Forearm Curl
8.Lying Cable Pullover
9.Figure-Four Double Crunch
10.EZ-Curl Bar Overhead Tricep Extensions
11.Bench Dip (triceps)

rriigghhttt… i stress that fact that i chose total body strength, not arm pump.

I’m thinking it’s real. It’s not really funny enough to be photoshop worthy. My line of thought.

60mins, bulk up lowerbody:

PICKED EXERCISES:

1.Warm Up
2.Bar-bell Good Mornings
3.Hamstring raises on a chair
4.Hack Squat
5.Step Lunge
6.Dumb-bell Squat
7.Donkey Calf Raise
8.Dumb-bell Step Ups
9.Dumbbell Lunges
10.Bar-bell Deadlift
11.Barbell squat

i keeps telling me to use 85-90% 1rm 5x5 for EVERY exercise, to be done in 1 hour. they dont even tell you to push your hips back for squats and GMs. fucking retarded

So I did this and asked for a 60 minute workout.

It comes back with a warm up and then 10 exercises of 5 sets for 8-10 reps.

50 sets of 8-10 reps? seriously? Then again I guess there’s no heavy squats or deads in these programs.

if you read carefully, they recomend using 85-90% of you 1rm!

I will admit I subscribe to this magazine. The cover on the left is not legit. It isn’t too much of a stretch because a lot of the covers/issues are similar, but they’re not that stupid… yet.

My dad subscribes to the magazine and I enjoy reading through it.

i bet you enjoy reading your mom’s cosmo too
