Not that it matters, but I would estimate closer to 20% + based on those pics. How did you get it measured?

Your right,I might have to find out again soon. I only got the information when some guy came to my work gym and started taking bodyfat measurements.

Thanks but is there anything I should be working on?

My Split goes like this

Monday - Chest and Bis
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Shoulder and Triceps
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Repeat

I’m sure others can chime in with a more detailed analysis then what I can offer, so you’re best off waiting for them.

Great. Ill be waiting.

Look small up in chest, arms and back. I say gain more mass.

U gotta love handle on one side and not the other kinda odd lookin

Fix your diet, lose all that excess bf (you are nowhere near 14.5%, closer to 25%+) and build from a leaner base. Adding weight now is simply prolonging the inevitable massive cut that will need to be done. Plus, the higher bf% you are already at, the more your body will tend to add bf instead of muscle. The leaner you start out bulking, the less bf your body will want to accumulate and the easier lean mass will build.
