I do little more then sleep, nap and rest between workouts. Being winter its not alarming but i want to find ways to have more energy and put them into practice before April. Perhaps use march and April to prepare for an active summer.
Are you or anyone you train consuming things or doing things while max effort training to recover faster or have more energy from the post workout to the pre workout peri rest periods.
Note, I’ll start keeping track of my calories and diet once again since i think most will want to identify if I’m under eating. While diet tracking takes a week or two in order to identify trends i might just work to hit a calorie surplus for a few days
