Press felt really good warming up, then failed 70kg so did some push presses with it.

Work has got very busy, and I’m having to collect a colleague who live 45mins drive in the opposite direction to work. There will be no gym this week, and then I’m moving into my flat over the weekend and Monday Tuesday.
