Hello everyone! I just wanted to let you guys know a lesson that I had to learn today. I have been recording my food in a food diary (I know this sounds girly, but I am a female) right, but I have been accounting for the food after it is cooked and not before it is cooked (such as chicken and hamburger), therefore my food intake has been much higher in reality than what it needs to be. No wonder I have hit a plateau. Just wanted to let you guys know something that I had to learn.
Dont feel foolish many of us keep track of all of our food. Only we refer to them as food logs, not diary’s.
