Hello…i was wondering if it would be wise to stretch out the lenghts of the periods in Ian King’s bring in the pain series. I had intentions of doing each stage for three weeks, but i got to thinking about the fact that my boby seems to repair pretty quickly. Plus after the first two weeks i’m already see results, but i think that has to do with my diet. DOes anyone see any problem with doing each stage for 4 weeks instead of three.?
Ian King actually says that you can have it go 4 weeks per phase, especially if you are of low training age. He does prefer that you change yor workout before you stagnate, instead of waiting until it happens.
