legumes

i’ve been reading plenty about the estrogen-elevating effects of soy beans. although i have no love for soy beans, like any good latin, i eat plenty of other beans. my question is: do other beans (chickpeas, black beans, lentils, kidney beans, etc) have the same estrogen-elevating effects as soy beans?
thank you all for your time

All of them do somewhat. But black bleans are just as bad as soybeans in that department, one of the major phytoestrogens, genistein, they have in greater quanitity than soy.

THE SOYBEANS ARE THE ONLY ONE USE AS ESTROGENS!!!

I could be wrong, but every plant food has phytoestrogens. Soybeans just have much higher amounts.
