Leg Workout with Inguinal Hernia?

I have a question i am 215 6"6 i had a inguinal hernia repair dec. 2019 ,and the dr told me Not To deadlift or SQuat . Sucks those are my favorite but i need some advice on sum other leg workouts . Sets reps and how heavy i can actually go to get full activation of the muscle for growth. I am currently 12.5 % body fat ,andi cant get any lower ,but my vascularity is not that great is their a way to help that ,and what would you recommend for me to get stronger on the bench . I have not maxed out but my final set of 4 is normally 275 rep range 6 to 8. any help would be greatly appreciated
