@ CT sir, I was wondering if there are new thoughts you could share on how to put as much mass on your legs as possible? I have done the mini leg cycle and I had good results. I really want mass on my legs. Is there anything you could share on how this? Is there a method you quickly do to put on mass when you feel you want more on your legs?
