i joined TNation a few days before, but i am reading the articles, especially yours,for many years. i am following all ideas you explained and i am very amazed. so tanks al lot for charing your knowledge and experience.
My question: i am 6,3 tall and think i need much more leg size, so i think about 2-3 weekcircles with a lot of legwork on the first 3 days of these weeks. Is it to much to do the lowerbodypushing on these days in the morning, and sledwork in the evening + sledwork on every other day in the week, and then after the 2-3 weeks cut back legtraining ? nice greatings from germany
