Leg Injury


I recently got this injury on my lower quads (if you flex your legs, its the top of the muscle that sticks out near your knee joint). Im not sure how it happened or when, but it happened about a weekish ago and i have been resting it until now and today when i tried squatting, it began to hurt again.

When i go down to almost atg or atg position, it feels like its being pulled really hard.

any suggestions on what i should do? thanks




regain a pain free ROM before strengthening it , foam roll and stretch
