Whenever I move my right leg a certain way(planting my foot or turning leg inside), it feels like a small shock going up my leg. Let’s say I stand and start walking, I’ll feel the shock and lose balance. Nothing too bad, I expected it to go away in a week. Its been like this since July and when I tried Squatting, my leg felt funny the entire. I didn’t finish the entire set because I didn’t trust my leg.
I didn’t have this problem until I started running with my nephew in July. Didn’t warm up.
Its not even painful, its like a shock and did my leg gives out for a half second.
Any one been through this?
