Leg Extension Alternative on Best Damn?


Currently running best damn for naturals part 2 and loving it.

I’ve been having a little knee trouble lately and the leg extensions seem to exacerbate it - what alternatives would work best for the myo cluster style sets?


Well you could replace it with backward sled dragging, not in clusters obviously, for a TUT of 45 sec for 3 sets.

Do you think subbing in bulgarian split squats would be overkill? I’m on the 4 days per week programme if that influences your answer.
