Leg Exercises without Glutes

I have always been cursed with a large legs and glutes, and I gain muscle there much easier than on the upper body. I like training legs, but I’m not satisfied with the size of my butt. Too much.

So… question… excercises for legs that don’t include the gluteus maximus.

I already do sissy squats, they are great.

Not gonna have much luck here. The posterior chain, which includes the glutes, doesn’t like to be worked in isolation. Any leg exercise where your hips have to stabalize/hold weight are gonna activate glutes.

You’re acting like a sissy squat by asking this question. Big strong legs are a gift. However, just train your upper body more.
