Left Pectoral Poor Muscle Contraction and Activation

Good day gents

I’m sorry if I posted in the wrong section but I’m in need of serious inputs

I had been lifting for a good 3 years and always had no issue in growth

However ever since my chest started to grow better I realized a huge imbalances between the both sides

While I perform bench presses, dumbbell press or any presses, there is a very mild activation on my left pectoral regardless of any angle

It is flat looking at the lower part of the pec as if I have some missing muscles at the area

I do however suffer from a mild pectus carinatum but I supposed it is not a huge issue here.

May I request for some insight?


Have you ever suffered a major injury to your pec?

Has your chest been asymmetrical in appearance since birth/childhood?
