It started a couple of months ago.
I went to a physcial therapist who told me i have a little bit of scalpular winging.
So i completely stopped pressing for 2-3 weeks.
The pain is very minor when bench pressing, but with overhead it is very painful.
Pain feels like a ache, i cant continue.
I also seem the have trouble getting in the front squat position (elbows up) with my left shoulder.
I tuck my shoulders and create a shelf.
Right shoulder feels completely fine.
The pain appears on higer reps even with the empty barbell.
