thanks for caring dude! I need support right now. I usually push myself hard and freak out if I cant workout. A week off is gonna kill me but working out until I recover will REALLY kill me lol

First day back to school. All went good. I just walked around the track for my weight lifting period. I should start back upp next tuesday.

I hate not being able to workout. I feel… like im not doing sumthang that i should be doing… i feel incomplete lol

yesterday was my first day working out again. It was an EZ day.

Im taking probaby the rest of the week off. We are doing “Race Wars” at school where all the black people go agains the white people in about most of the major sports. I know some might think it is racist but its all in good fun!

Yesterday we won Baseball, whites did, 31-8!!! they out numbered us too lol
Today was 4 square, since we couldnt go outside. The white people won. Actully i was in the 1st square for the longest time.

Tomorrow is football, THIS WILL BE HARD!!! They got Cortex the best runback in FL!! They also got 6 other football players, we have ZERO!!! OUR team went to the high school state championships we were 14-0 until that game… it sux!!!

But I know im fast enough to catch him but IDK about tackle tho…

yesterday i went to the beach a played football in the sand. i cant believe how sore i was today after playin almost 3 hrs of it lol

Ive read a recent article about trainning 10 days straight then off 5.
But i didnt like the exercies that the author listed so, im taking the resting plan of his but making my own exercies in the selection then train train only one body part per day. Today was chest…tomorrow smaller muscles like arms then day after shoulders… I hope this program works!
