Lebron's High School Program

A friend sent me this link of how Lebron James trained in highschool.

He wants to use the exact program for eight weeks (I think 4 weeks is more realistic) Does this program look any good? and if so how long would you use it for?

Looks pretty good…but that’s obviously not the reason why Lebron is so good. You could go ahead and give it a try, see how it goes, and make changes that help you.

looks like a pretty well balanced overall bball training program. Much better than I was anticipating. I was expecting something like 3 mile runs every morning, bicep curls, 80 sets of calf raises, 1000 situps, and 5 sets of 15 bench presses. Basketball coaches are notoriously bad for training smart.
