Leaving On A Jet Plane

Im going to start my diet simply by sticking to the 7 rules, and i might use the T dawg approach as well but, now of course I have been offered a two plane tickets to leave the country, need to know some tips on how to stick to it and how to work out with out a gym being available.
I will be using
N-O xplode
lipo 6
and whey

Exactly. Opportunity knocks but once.

The weights and diet will be there when you get back.

Do some bodyweight stuff if you feel the need and immerse yourself in the local cuisine.

Don’t make the mistake of missing out on real Peruvian food!

Yeah i just feel like sh!t because I have been out of the Gym for like 2 months and have ate fast foods and things like that for those 2 months and not to mention the beer drinking.

Depending on where you stay down there they may have a gym at the hotel. I was stuck running in the AM (right by the Japanese embassy that was held hostage back in the '90’s) and doing bodyweight exercises for two weeks.

But…since you’re down there make sure you:

Eat the peruvian food, but from a good restaurant. Montezumas revenge strikes outside of Mexico. Stay away from blood sausage…its like meat chaulk. Also, Argentina has some of the best steaks and a good eatery should have them imported in, since it’s not too far away.

Drink Pisco Sours, preferably blended. Awesome.

Buy Cuban Cigars. Cheap down there.

If you are going to see the sights (either in the city or the ruins) get a good and reputable guide. They have always had an issue with the rebels (shining path, among others), at least when I was down there, and it is not a good place to get lost or in trouble. But the city can be a shady place once the sun goes down…Note, I haven’t been down there since about '96-97 and I was working. Your results may vary.
