What is your least favourite exercise? One that you really hate doing..cant learn to enjoy...and always wish was over as soon as possible.
For me, this has to be the Yoke Walk.
*I hate having a lot of weight high on my back
*no matter how I grab the implement I always feel awkward or uncomfortable
*I feel like my back is going to snap in half even with modest weight (I know it wont, but the sensation makes me nervous)
*Im afraid to go faster than .00001 mph
