Least Favorite Exercise?

#1

What is your least favourite exercise? One that you really hate doing..cant learn to enjoy...and always wish was over as soon as possible.

For me, this has to be the Yoke Walk.
*I hate having a lot of weight high on my back
*no matter how I grab the implement I always feel awkward or uncomfortable
*I feel like my back is going to snap in half even with modest weight (I know it wont, but the sensation makes me nervous)
*Im afraid to go faster than .00001 mph

I hate the bench press. I’ve never been good at it and it doesn’t help that I have long lanky arms. Squat is the GOAT exercise though!! hooray cheers

Log clean and press (clean each rep) with my ghetto log.

Every rep pretty much saps all of my energy, and then I tend to really jack up my neck whenever I press. Makes me feel weak.

I’ll never bother even trying overhead squats again. I felt awkward as fuck.

My 3 least favorite are:

  1. Cardio
  2. Cardio &
  3. Cardio

It’s probably a good thing I hate cardio though because I’m already skinny as fuck.

Bosu ball one legged deadlifts?

#13

Squats

Edit: and direct ab work

#14
  1. conventional deadlifts. Love sumo but these feel wrong
  2. direct arm work or really any isolations work. Boring as shit
  3. Pull ups. Am too fat I guess

#15

Direct ab work. Horrifically boring.

#16

I have a love hate relationship with the prowler

#17

I hate the difficult ones.

Also, I hate the easy ones, because they’re boring.

Not alone on that. Especially the neck issue.

Also, fuck a heavy atlas stone.

Ummm…

I fell asleep in the middle of a powerlifting meet today. During the bench portion of the 235ers, to be exact.

I think that’s kinda funny - and also makes me question why I even bench since I find it such a damn boring display of strength.[/quote]

Though I don’t quite hate doing it; It’s my least favourite powerlift and I hate having to watch people do it, that’s all.

My love and hate are the same:

When I am walking to the gym on a leg day, I’m often some combination of anxious and even a bit…not sure if “afraid” is the right word, of squatting. But then by probably the third warm-up set I’ll be engaged/all in, and it becomes my favorite exercise.
