I plan on starting the Waterbury Method with T-dawg diet 2.0 to try and lean out. I’ve been on T-dawg diet for 2 months now and loving. Seeing some great results from just the diet alone.
Has anyone tried WM or AOW on this diet, and some energy work for 15-20 mins on the off days? Im going to try my hardest to go up with 2.5% every week, and let the diet + energy work melt the fat off.
Any suggestions or thoughts? Im excited to start getting into the heavy stuff again! BTW I’ve been on ABBH for 2 months now, loving the heavy deads!!
