What have you been up to since training wise?
What about on the business/coaching side?
Just three training days per week very early in the morning and brisk walking for cardio four to five times per week. I am doing the bare minimum to be healthy and in shape.
I’m only helping a few people at a time right now. My increased commute time, buying a home this past spring, and my son have greatly changed how I spend my time. I even would like to be on here more, but I can’t… for now at least.
I might elaborate tomorrow a bit.
