Lean Out - Keep Strength?

hi everybody.Any ideas of how to lean out without loosing strenght?
I’m 185cm
115Kgr.body fat around 15%.

Undulating periodization will work well…

also, as long as you diet properly, stregnth loss will be minimal

i believe when cutting it is always best to lift heavy because you won’t lose much if any of your strength, you will burn more calories, and heavy lfting gives your muscles a harder look.

Lift heavy like they said and don’t try to cut too fast. Also, sprints are your friend.

yup do your best to keep the LOADS HIGH. eat less, add some smart energy system and cardio in as needed to keep progress going and go as slow as you can 1 lb a week or so if not using a boat load of drugs.

caloric deficit via restriction, 1, and maintaining strength while losing fat is a big FIB
Frequent, intense, brief.

Thanks everybody for the advices.
For my experience its very difficult to keep the load high when on diet.I see at least 10% decrease.
