First of all, sorry for being an asshole.

Im currently in week 3 of a test cyp cycle, doing letro 0.2mg E4D…

No oral kickstart…

Calories at about 3100 per day, having 300g Carbs, 300g Protein and 80g Fat.

Goal is to look good after the cycle, my bodyfat is about 15% at the moment, any ideas/advice on how I can maybe drop some fat on this cycle?

Doing Incline walking 3 times per week, 20min at the highest incline 4km per hour…
