I’m a 16 year DT/DE wanting to turn into a linebacker. I wanted to know what excersises I should do to improve my speed and help me out with playing linebacker. I’m currently running a 5.2 I want to drop it to around a 4.8 or lower by the season I worked hard to drop it to a 5.2. Do you have any advice on how to drop it more. I read a few weeks back that your were training a LB. I wanted to know if hey can help me with a few tips.
I’m moving from middle to outside LB for my club team and need more speed too. Hamstring work and deadlifts got me from a 5.0 to a 4.8. Any advice Joe?
