Hey guys, today is the 3rd day that I haven’t had Tamoxifen, so my pct officially is over.
My chest is looking really good right now, when I got home from work and took my shirt off, I reminded myself of Jeff Cavaliere, mostly the shape I suppose.
I don’t know if its because I stopped the Tamoxifen or my new diet or just the workouts

Right now I want to catch up on some prayers I missed because I had to rush to the gym. Then I want to finish the push ups before I sleep. It looks like I’ll be sleeping late again.
I haven’t decided if I should squat, attempt calisthenics or do cardio tomorrow

I think I didn’t go low enough on this set so I lowered the weight after and tried to focus on my form.

Hey guys, I’m feeling good, Praise the Lord.
I’m currently weighing 162.6 lbs. I have been cooking daily and for the first time in my life I have been counting/restricting my calories. I don’t want to waste money on restaurant food anymore, I feel like I have a goal to work for, to save for.
I’m feeling really healthy, Thank God.
Anyway I wanted to let you guys know I got hold of three vials of BPC-157 5mg and one vial of TB500 5mg. but I’m waiting for the insulin syringes I ordered so I’ll probably start the treatment next week.
Here is my math for the BPC-157, I’ll add 2ml bacteriostatic water to 5mg of BPC-157. And administer 0.10ml (250mcg) twice a day, orally in the morning and IM in the evening.
As for the TB500 5mg mixed with 2ml bacteriostatic water. I decided to dose it at 1mg per day IM for 5 days, that would be 0.40ml per day
