Layer System and Sprints/Plyos

Currently for the layering system I am doing 2 days of snatch high pulls, slight incline, slight decline, and trap bar deadlift. Once the weather gets a lot nicer, I plan to start incorporating some short sprints and plyos. Since sprinting and jumping can be neurally fatiguing, what is the best way to go about including them in the system? Also, are their other exercises you would implement in the system beside my current ones that would be better for increasing speed?
