Layer Specialization Routines

Hi CT,

as always, still loving the layer workouts for total body muscle!

i was wondering how you would set up the layers to focus on a certain area?

  • i’m closing in on my first weight goal, and want to start building up key areas.
    how would you program the layers to focus on either deltoids, chest, or arms?

  • would you use a ‘template’ and apply to the body part in question, or would you do something specific depending on the muscle group? - arms for example might be trained differently when specialized to fatigue the biceps maybe?

any help/advice would be fantastic!
