Layer Assistance Work


I have a question about adding upper back assistance work into the layer system template.

Specifically, I am wondering if it is okay to add lat work like pullups after Bench or Overhead pressing on those days. Or would you recommend that someone who wants to add upper-body pulling program a separate day into their template for barbell rows. Or should I just skip it?

In my own program I often add body weight exercises like pull-ups, ring row and dips (not all in the same workout) so pull-ups 2-3 Times a week is fine
