Lats Uneven - Help


Which part of the row and pullup works out the lats? My left lat is miniscule compared to my right... so I want to even them out.


Not heard that one before ?!

Try working the smaller side with one armed cabled work.


I'd be willing to bet that it's just a muscular imbalance rather than a unilateral discrepancy. Take a picture of yourself with your arms at your sides and see if one hand hangs lower than that other.

I agree, just put a single hand pulley on the lat pull and do single hand pulldowns with more volume emphasizing your weaker side.

IIRC Larry Scott might have a slight imbalance and ''pioneered' the one armed cable rows.
