What’s the latest time you guys find you can take Spike and still get to sleep around 10 or 11pm?

My latest is probably 2-3 pm.
But when I am really tired I can take it and then doze off after 2-3 hrs later.
damn that’s later than I thought
I’m gonna try takin it later this weekend.
Do you take 1 or 2 caps?
I take one in the morning and take one before I get off work around 5pm. I go stright home to work out and I feel fine. I sleep around 11pm with no problem. But everybody is different. Just experiment.
