WRONG!

More good news for Mitt Romney as of a few hours ago…

As this is the first survey where the majority of the people polled were polled after debate two.

Debate two, where Candy Crowley assisted Obama, did not seem to help his cause.

What exactly is wrong? Did you read the link I posted?

The PEW research is the only poll where it’s split, the rest have a gender gap.

Good ol’ Nate. Only person still refusing to admit the first debate lifted Romney and gave him serious momentum…

WRONG…AGAIN!

Any ideas on how long before the moderator of the next debate lubricates and then saves Obama ?

WRONG A THIRD TIME!

Most polls taken on or around October 19th have Romney evenly splitting the female vote with Obama. That is part of the momentum that has the Obama camp concerned.

This is an honest mistake on your part because polls taken prior to this do show Obama with a lead in female votes.

Keep in mind it may shift back this race has a long way to go. But as it stands today all credible polling data show Obama and Romney tied or virtually tied regarding female voters.

I don’t think that will happen this time around Bob Schieffer will only tilt slightly to Obama. He’s old school when democrats used to be more subtle in their reporting when trying to favor democrats. But I think he will keep strong control over both candidates regarding speaking time and interruptions etc.

I also think they’ll both find out early that Schieffer and neither of them is in charge of this debate!

This will not be a repeat of either the first or second debate regarding the moderator.

Just curious what the margin for error +/- is in these?

Can’t say I can argue with the content there as this is not my area of expertise by any means. I do think the dismissal of Silver’s model’s 49/50 score in 2008 is exactly convincing, but the rest of it seems legitimate.

But, details aside, I don’t see fivethirtyeight coming to very drastic conclusions: it has Obama up two in Ohio, rcp has him up 1.9. So whatever damage Silver’s weighting is doing to his credibility, it can’t have all that tangible an effect on the specifics.

I actually like Schieffer. He’s in charge, he keeps order, and he is mostly unbiased in public. He does more or less a good job of keeping his personal political choices out of the arena. It’ll never be perfect no matter if you pick left or right, but he’s responsible and level headed and honest and I like that

Looks like when women say they’re worried about labor, they’re not talking about a puzzling disease which seems to occur when Catholic organizations refuse to cover contraception in their health plans. A disease which rears it’s ugly head when it’s too late to abort. They might be thinking more about jobs and the economy. And yes, I stole the play on ‘labor.’

Edit: Hmm, image went crazy.

Yeah I take this guys piece with a grain of salt, pretty much the same salt I take Silver with. While it is obvious Silver pulls for Obama, I have to wonder if that is because he is linked to the NYT, or how he really feels.

I know Rasmussen (or however you spell it) is a righty, but has a reputation in some circles of being ultra strict with his data to avoid the “partisan hack” label. I have also read, over and over to the point where I’m starting to think it is bullshit, that FOX polls have been hard on republicans this year for the same reasons. (I want to say the fox comments are coming from the same place, but I can’t be sure, because like I said, I have seen it at least 6 times.)

Point being, people’s biggest grip with Silver is his basic flat out refusal to acknowledge Romney’s momentum the last couple weeks in his model. Women I work with went from “I’m not voting this year, Mitt has no chance at beating Obama” to “I’m pretty pumped, and I live in NH so my vote actually counts.” This can’t be the only person out there like this. Silver seems to ignore it.

But then again Gallop is way different than anyone, and is a trusted outfit… Who knows.

I know it comes to a shock to many liberals but a woman is, in fact, more than just a vagina attached to a uterus that exists for the sole purpose of collecting semen.

I swear, if my daughter doesn’t grow up with enough pride and self esteem to not be offended by the bullshit the left pulled with women this election, I will have failed as a father.
