Hi mates is 5/3/1 really worth it for a later novice??? What makes this such a good program, have been hearing alot? Can someone explain me? I really like doing compound lifts and i dont like to stay more 1h in gym because thats all the time i have.
You get stronger, fast and more explosive if you do a good job of running it. If you like the look of it, you should try it.
The biggest benefit the program offers in my opinion is a slow steady progression in strength and hypertrophy across a long period of time as opposed to other programs which are more aggressive in progress but would only last 12 weeks.
