So I dont usually get done working out until late evenings usually between 8 and 9. I have seen its best to dose IGF-1 LR3 right after working out, but I have also read you don't want to dose right before bed. So how long of a gap should there be between injection and sleep? Also on off days when should I do the IGF-1? I have read first thing in the morning but that is when I am doing the hgh (3iu's) plus if I just injected at 8 pm that seems kind of close together... Anyway if someone can help clarify I would appreciate it!!!
